Avis aux becs sucrés ! Jasmine Chaker, une jeune trentenaire Parisienne du 17eme, a inventé une délicieuse alternative aux mignardises de fin de repas.
Avec un glacier italien, Jasmine Chaker a élaboré des délicates bouchées glacées artisanales avec un cœur coulant, entouré d’un « semifreddo » à l’italienne, et d’une coque en chocolat craquant. Le « semifreddo » se distingue de la « gelato » grâce à sa texture de mousse aérienne, parfaite pour une fin de repas tout en légèreté.
Les « Giace » (de Giass, « une glace » en dialecte milanais) se dénichent pour l’instant dans trois repaires bien connus des gourmands : RAP épicerie dans le 9eme, ainsi que les deux magasins EP !C, au Palais des Congrès (17ème) et au Marché Saint Germain (6ème). La première collection imaginée par Jasmine propose deux voyages gustatifs : « Chocolat », avec un stracciatella-cœur de chocolat noir ainsi qu’un gianduja-cœur praliné, et « Fruité », offrant des saveurs acidulées de citron et fruits rouges. An Icy Little Gem
BECS SUCRÉS – Jasmine Chaker, a young Parisian in her early thirties from the 17th arrondissement, has come up with a delicious alternative to the usual after-dinner treats: delicate, handcrafted frozen bites with a molten center, wrapped in an Italian-style semifreddo and finished with a crisp chocolate shell. Semifreddo stands apart from gelato thanks to its light, airy mousse-like texture, making it the perfect, refreshing end to a meal. For now, you can find Giace (from Giass, meaning “ice cream” in the Milanese dialect) in three well-known foodie spots: RAP grocery store in the 9th, and the two EP!C shops at the Palais des Congrès (17th) and Marché Saint-Germain (6th). This first collection by Jasmine offers two flavour journeys: Chocolate, featuring stracciatella with a dark chocolate center and gianduja with a praline heart, and Fruity, with tangy lemon and red berry flavours.
